Jonita and Rob Sherman
Mountain Song Jewelers was started by Rob and Jonita Sherman about 10 years ago at their kitchen table. They started slow and small and have grown steadily since then.
Our storefront is located in the beautiful small town of Greeneville TN near the foothills of the Smoky Mountains. Our clients are scattered all across the US. We are a full service jewelry store with old-fashioned friendly service and cutting edge technology. We do our own repairs and customs from 3D design to casting. We would love to be your new favorite jewelry stop--so let us know how we can help you!
We also own Sky West Gallery in Uptown Sedona, Arizona - a fine art gallery featuring art and jewelry of the South West.
Shellie Benko
Hi, I'm Shellie! Store manager by title, chaos-corraller by nature. With years of experience in sales and customer service, I love helping people find meaningful pieces and memorable gifts. Outside of work, I’m a wife, mom, and proud grandmother who finds joy in family, travel, the outdoors, and growing flowers. I believe in choosing joy and making each day count—at work and at home.
Laci Jordan
Laci does a little bit of everything around here. Whether its helping customers, keeping things running smooth, or jumping in wherever she's needed, she's your gal!
When Laci's not at work you can find her soaking up the sunshine, out on the farm, or spending time with her favorite people.
As she loves to say, "I believe in doing what you love and loving what you do." And she bring that attitude with her every day.
Skyler McCray
Skyler is our shipping captain and makes sure your orders set sail with care. When she's not shipping you can find her helping out Hannah or Laci. She brings a sense of humor that brightens the room with her witty and sarcastic comebacks.
When Skyler's not at work you can find her at her other job, reading at home, or playing games with her friends.
Hannah Rivas
Hannah Rivas is our photography master here at Mountain Song Jewelers, where she brings sparkle to the spotlight—literally! As a hand model and jewelry photographer, she’s been capturing the beauty of each piece since joining us. When she’s not behind the camera (or in front of it), she's out shopping to keep up with the new styles!
Randy Munger
Randy Munger has been a jeweler for over 35 years, beginning his career at the age of 21. Over the years, he’s worked independently and provided repair services for up to 17 different stores. Randy and his wife, Tammy, married when he was 28 and have raised four children together. They live on a small farm just outside of Atlanta, and every week, Randy makes the trip to Greeneville with his loyal dog, Remy.
Helen Pauley
Helen is our more tech oriented worker. She creates our email designs, organizes data, and works on the online aspects; in fact, she's writing this right now! She brings a new sense of style to work with her unique sense of fashion.
When not at work, you can find Helen relaxing at home with her puppy, Belle.
